Grandma Grace's Spirit has walked in the Walk to End Alzheimer's for the past 16 years.  The team was formed in honor of Grace Dammann who lived and died with Alzheimer's disease.  Over the years, family and friends have joined our team in honor of Grandma Grace and also in honor of their loved ones who have suffered from this horrible disease.  Today, Grandma Grace's Spirit walks not only in honor of Grandma Grace, but in honor of all our team's loved ones who have suffered from Alzheimer's disease.  We walk to not only honor those who have suffered, but for those who still suffer.  We walk in honor of the families and the caregivers who give everything of themselves to give back to someone they love. 

Sixteen years is a long time to fight for a cause that continues to affect so many.  During those fifteen years, a lot of great strides and successes have been achieved. Grandma Grace's Spirit is proud to continue to fight and support the Alzheimer's Association for however long it takes.
