We lost my beautiful Mother on December 8th, 2019. I'm still committed to helping find a cure.
Her last year was such a great year! Having her so close. The picture I posted was taken less then 2 months before her passing. It was such a fun visit filled with lots of laughter & schenanagins.

Alzheimer's disease is relentless. So are we. Every 65 seconds someone in U.S. develops Alzheimer's. 5.8 million American's are living with Alzheimer's disease & by 2050 that number is projected to raise to nearly 16 million.

It has hit my family hard. It has taken my Gramma, my Great Uncle & Aunt. My Mom was diagnosed in January of 2010, we knew before that, it was just official then.
I asked my siblings if there was anything they would like people to know about Alzheimer's? one of my Sister's replied "when I tell people that my Mom has Alzheimer's, they tell me they are sorry. I tell them that she is happy, smiling a lot & tries to talk (which sometimes you can understand) not angry or combative like some are. That as long as she is happy, that is the best I can ask for"
Please help support our team/family for the Alzheimer's Association & The Brainerd Lakes Walk to End Alzheimer's(R), the world's largest event to raise awareness and funds for Alzheimer's care, support and research. 

It may be to late for my Mom but, i pray for a cure for future generations.
