Daniel Nydegger, Lorene's youngest grandson, said this about the disease and his Grandma "you need to keep fighting, even if you know you're going to lose. Grandma kept fighting."

This is Team Unforgettable's 13th year and there's still a lot of fight in us. We want to end Alzheimer's and create a better world for everyone impacted by this disease. 

We also remember Dan Waranius who passed away from Alzheimer's disease in 2022 at the age of 70. Together, with his wife, Sharon, and their family, we keep fighting, walking and supporting one another.
