In 2022, several years after receiving a diagnosis of Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI), Ann was diagnosed with Alzheimer's. The disease is a devastating one, but we are determined to continue to live life to its fullest and cherish every moment. As a family, we have been working hard with specialists to slow its further progression and to support our wife, daughter-in-law, sister (and sister-in-law), mother (and mother-in-law), grandmother, and friend.
By participating in the Alzheimer’s Association Walk to End Alzheimer’s, we are raising funds and awareness to advance the fight against this disease — funds that allow the Alzheimer’s Association to provide 24/7 care and support while accelerating critical research.
