At a national level, Alpha Epsilon Delta is a pre-professional honor society for undergraduate students who are preparing for careers in the healthcare field. The Michigan Epsilon chapter at the University of Michigan was established in 1998, making it the oldest pre-health fraternity on campus.

We strive to build a community that embraces diversity, camaraderie, and professionalism. Here at Michigan, we place a high value on education and service. However, we are more than just an honor society: here we are a family.

AED is dedicated to fundraising for the community. Recent philanthropy has been for DMUM, Relay for Life, and the Alzheimer's Association. Our main Philanthropy organization is currently the Alzheimer’s Association Great Lakes Chapter. We achieve our fundraising goals by organizing restaurant fundraisers, yearly walks, speaker events, and our annual charity 5K for these incredible causes.
