Team Kortlandt is back for our 17th year participating in the Walk to End Alzheimer's and raising awareness and funds to advance the fight against this terrible disease.
Our grandfather / father suffered from Alzheimer's and is the reason that we started our 3 generation team back in 2008. Since then, we have all unfortunately had many other loved ones who have been taken away from us by Alzheimer's... long before they physically passed. We have raised over $67,000 in the past 16 years and look forward to continuing this family tradition for many years to come.
