Team Kortlandt is back for our 17th year participating in the Walk to End Alzheimer's and raising awareness and funds to advance the fight against this terrible disease.
My grandpa suffered from Alzheimer's and is the reason that we started our 3 generation team back in 2008. Since then, we have all had unfortunately had many other loved ones who have been taken away from us by Alzheimer's... long before they physically passed. We have raised over $67,000 in the past 16 years and look forward to continuing this family tradition for many years to come. Alzheimer’s isn’t stopping and neither are we.
This year, I'm excited to participate in the walk with some of our extended Kortlandt family up in Ann Arbor on October 20! Families facing Alzheimer’s and all other dementia need us — and with your help, we can be there for them. Please make a donation or register as a participant and start your own fundraising efforts. Together, we can end Alzheimer’s disease.
