4 months ago my husband was diagnosed with Early Onset Alzheimer’s. At only 60, this was hard to digest as we now are facing an uncertain future that I know will be difficult, sad and plain heartbreaking. Not the future either of us wanted.

He’s in the early and mild stage, but this can’t be stopped or cured. I can say I already hate this awful disease.  It takes our loved ones away a little bit at a time and as a caregiver it breaks your heart to see them slowly slipping away. 

I’m participating in an Alzheimer’s walk September 28th and if you are able, I would be so grateful for any donation. Even without a donation I will take all the positive vibes and prayers for the road we are now traveling.
