JHC on the Move represents the Jewish Healthcare Center, a premier provider of an umbrella of services to older adults and their families including skilled rehabilitation, long term nursing care, assisted living, hospice, private home care and Aging Life Care Management.  Memory care is a part of the residential settings.  Members of the team come from all branches of the JHC.

Our team has raised close to $25,000 in the past three years and our goal this year is $6,500.  Please join us in making this a reality.
