Linden Ponds is an Erickson Senior Living Community that serves, cares and is passionate about supporting our residents. We provide a number of Memory Support programs to help residents that are effected by Alzheimer's. In addition, our Cognitive Care Neighborhood is designed for residents to transition when increased care and support is needed.
