Rockingham County's Walk to End Alzheimer's team is made up of dedicated individuals who are passionate about raising awareness and funds to support those affected by Alzheimer's disease. Our team includes residents, staff members, and family members who have all been touched by this disease in some way. 

We are committed to making a difference in the lives of those living with Alzheimer's and their families through our participation in this important event.
