Welcome to the donation page for Point32Health’s colleague mini-golf tournament in support of the Walk to End Alzheimer’s. The tournament will take place at the Canton office on Tuesday, October 15 and Wednesday, October 16. 

• Email Clarisse Beauvais (clarisse.beauvais@point32health.org) in Corporate Citizenship with names of players, preferred date to play and top three tee times.
• Secure your spot with a minimum $15 donation per player to the Alzheimer’s Association using the purple “Donate to the Team” button below. 

Your donation supports Alzheimer’s Association’s programs, such as the 24/7 hotline, in-person and online education and support, research toward advancements in prevention and treatment, and local and national advocacy work.
