Since joining the Trilogy Health Care family in December of last year I have been blessed to be able to once again explore my passion for senior care. It has been without a doubt the best job I have ever had! Through Trilogy's partnership with ALZ I have had the opportunity to learn about their organization and the incredible work they are doing in the fight against Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia. They provide vital support, resources, and research to help improve the lives of those affected by these conditions, as well as working tirelessly toward a future without Alzheimer's.

My passion for seniors was sparked by Mema & Papa. Sadly, Alzheimer's and Dementia are conditions that have deeply impacted me, I will never forget watching my Mema's memory and personality fade away in what felt like the blink of an eye. It's a heartbreaking experience I wouldn't wish upon anyone. 

Which is why I walk. For her, and so many others like her. I have had the privilege of visiting so many of our Trilogy campuses. While there I explored our campuses and interacted with our residents. Our memory care halls, or legacy lanes, are by far my favorite aspect of our buildings. It's inspiring to see that even those who have lost so much STILL have so much life left to live. So I walk for them - and the life left to live, and the memories to be made!
