Tallgrass Creek is proud to be a Continuing Care Retirement Community providing care for life to those residents in our independent living neighborhoods. Should a resident develop the needs for memory care, it is important now, and in the future, to offer the most comprehensive support and care available. 

Since there is NO CURE currently for Alzheimer's and other diagnoses of memory deficits, your support and donations to the association can make a difference to your loved ones and/or yourself in the future.
