Dear family, friends, neighbors and colleagues,
Many of you may remember my mom’s Alzheimer’s story, but you may not know that my dad was diagnosed with Dementia with Lewy Bodies (DLB) last year as well. It goes without saying that my advocacy is personal, but I am continually humbled by the endless amount of support provided to me as a caregiver and look forward to giving back any way I can. By participating in the Alzheimer’s Association Walk to End Alzheimer’s with my daughter again this year, I am raising even more funds and awareness to advance the fight against both Alzheimer’s and DLB—funds that allow the Alzheimer’s Association to provide 24/7 care and support while accelerating critical research. Because of the your tremendous generosity last year, I am doubling my fundraising goal for 2023. Please consider making a donation or register as a participant and start your own fundraising as every little bit counts. Together, we can end Alzheimer’s disease and all other dementia.
Thank you,
Aimee
