I'm leading the way to Alzheimer's first survivor by participating in the Alzheimer's Association Walk to End Alzheimer's®. Currently, more than 5 million Americans have Alzheimer's and that number is expected to grow to as many as 14 million by 2050. Our future is at risk unless we can find a way to change the course of this disease.
I am honored to be serving as a Co-Chair for this year's Anderson/Muncie Walk to End Alzheimer's. We will be gathering safely and walking with friends and family on at Canan Commons on September 23 to raise awareness and funds for the fight against Alzheimer's disease and all other dementias.
I've seen what this disease can do to individuals, and to their caregivers and families, and I hope that in my lifetime I will see the first survivor of Alzheimer's disease! Will you consider donating to support this walk, and the Association's vision of a world without Alzheimer's and all other dementias?
