We all know my mother to be the life of the party, best dancer with my Dad, the best cook and baker, the one with the warmest heart always doing for others, the one you can always count on and the best shopper!
It's unfortunate that she battled Alzheimer’s and didn't get to live her entire life like that. It was hard to see her forget the names of the people she loved and unable to do all the things she loved to do. But she gave us memories that we'll cherish forever.
Alzheimer's isn’t stopping and neither are we. By participating in the Alzheimer’s Association Walk to End Alzheimer’s, I’m raising awareness and funds to advance the fight against this disease — funds that allow the Alzheimer’s Association to provide 24/7 care and support while accelerating critical research.
