Alzheimer's isn't stopping, and neither am I. 6 years ago, my dad, Old Guy, lost his battle with Alzheimer's. It was so difficult for him, as will as everyone who knew and loved him. He would get so frustrated with not being able to remember, so I told him it was time for him to relax and let me do the remembering for him. Slowly losing him over several years was not easy. That is why I am dedicated to raising money each and every year to fight this disease in our community and beyond. His kind, generous, silly, loving personality is why I will continue to fight to find a cure.
