We invite you to join Granny's Gang, as we walk in memory of a wonderful wife of 56 years, a loving mother, a caring grandmother and a proud great grandmother. Granny, Eileen Jacobs passed away in November 2014. We walk in her memory to raise funds and awareness so that others will not suffer the pain of helpfulesly watching their loved one die with this incurable disease.
