I'm participating again this year in The Alzheimer's Association Walk To End Alzheimer's. Many of you helped me raise $2,650 last year! Please help me to beat that. Even the smallest donation is much appreciated.
My Dad had Alzheimer's, but he ended up dying from liver cancer. He would forget he had cancer at times, not understanding why his body was giving out. Thankfully, my Dad did not have to endure a slow death like many others who are afflicted with Alzheimer's. Of course, I'm paranoid I'm going to have it.
Alzheimer's isn't stopping and neither are we. By participating in the Alzheimer's Association Walk to End Alzheimer's, I'm raising funds and awareness to advance the fight against this disease -- funds that allow the Alzheimer's Association to provide 24/7 care and support while accelerating critical research. The Alzheimer's Association is rated 4 out of 4 stars by Charity Navigator.
Families facing Alzheimer's and all other dementia need us now more than ever - and with your help, we can be there for them. Please make a donation or register as a participant and start your own fundraising. Together, we can end Alzheimer's disease.
Thank you!
