Welcome to our team page for the Alzheimer’s Association Walk to End Alzheimer's®! Walk is the largest event to raise funds and awareness for the care, support and research efforts of the Alzheimer’s Association®. It’s held annually in more than 600 communities nationwide, and our team is excited to participate this year. 

Forest View is dedicated to providing both Short and Long Term Care as well as rehabilitation services for those with Dementia/Alzheimer's.  Forest View has a dedicated Memory Care Unit known as Memory Springs, where we can provide services for up to 29 individuals in a safe, closely monitored environment. In addition to our memory care unit, we are able to support those along their memory care journey throughout our building.  We strive to strengthen our relationship with the Alzheimer's Association, and provide the community, our family members, and our residents, with the support they need.
