Welcome to our team page for the Alzheimer’s Association Walk to End Alzheimer's®! Walk is the largest event to raise funds and awareness for the care, support and research efforts of the Alzheimer’s Association®. It’s held annually in more than 600 communities nationwide, and our team is excited to participate this year. 

My sister and I are participating in the Alzheimer's Association Walk to End Alzheimer's to honor our mother, Betty Jane, on what would have been her 100th birthday this year.  This disease has impacted our family deeply, as it affected not only our mother but also her brothers, George and Burt.  We are walking in memory of our mom and two uncles, as well as of my friend Todd's mom, Eunice, who currently is fighting this disease.

Currently, more than 6 million Americans are living with Alzheimer's and over 11 million family and friends provide their unpaid care. We need your help to end this devastating disease.
