I lost my father to Alzheimer's Disease on 4/9/2022. My father was sent home! He is no longer suffering or in any pain. He has all of his mental faculties back, he is with his Grandma and Grandpa, his Sister Dolly, Little Grandpa, Busia, and Grandpa John! Dad I know you are at peace and you are driving again! You are even driving your old motorcycle! Rest assured he is my guardian angel and also all of his grandchildren's guardian Angel! I love you Daddy until we meet again!!! I have work to do here, and in your honor I am leading the way to find a cure for the FIRST ALZHEIMER SURVIVOR!!
Currently, more than 6.5 million Americans age 65 and older are living with Alzheimer's in 2022!!!! 73% are age 75 or older! 1 in 3 seniors dies with Alzheimer's or another dementia!! Our future is at risk unless we can find a way to change the course of this disease.
