Freda Wilde Kearsley was a wife and mother. She was a grandmother, a sister, and an aunt. She was a teacher, both of her own children and of hundreds of others as they attended the schools in which she taught. She was also a person with Dementia. 

This team is here to honor Freda as we Walk to End Alzheimer's. Alzheimer’s disease is relentless. So are we, as we strive to find a cure so no one else has to watch their loved one slowly disappear into their own minds. 

This team also honors Edwin Eugene Kearsley who was a brother, a father, a grandfather, and an uncle. He also developed Dementia.
