Heart Song is looking forward to providing support and education for those who have Alzheimer's dementia and their caregivers. Heart Song is a nonprofit organization creating an adult day center and an active senior center in Burlington, Iowa. Eventually, we will be expanding to other communities who have been identified as needing our services. We fully support the goals and work of Alzheimer's Association and the Walk to End Alzheimer's.
