Dear friends,

As many of you may know, my mom Leila Connolly, passed away in 2007 with Alzheimer’s. She was a caring woman who loved her family, her friends, and her God. She was the mom that came to everything her daughters were involved in (the first one to start the applause and the last one to stop). She spent her life doing for others and helping those who needed an ear to listen, a shoulder to cry on, or a great big hug!

This amazing woman gave of herself her whole life, so her family is giving back! We are walking on Saturday, October 3rd to end Alzheimer’s. This year, due to the ongoing pandemic, the walk will look different. Some will be walking in-person along the river others will choose their own route, but all with a common purpose, individuals honoring the ones they love.
