Elm Crest is a nursing home in Harlan, Iowa that has been serving the community for over 65 years. Throughout the years, we have taken care of residents who some have been affected by the terrible Alzheimer's disease. As a facility and as part of our community, we wish to help bring awareness to the disease and help fight it by raising funds to help find the cure. We love our residents and wish to help honor them by participating in the Walk to End Alzheimer's!
