WE WALK FOR MADONNA BERRY

Madonna is a mother, daughter, sister, aunt, cousin and friend to many and would like as many of you as possible to join her team in Walking to End Alzheimer's on September 28, 2024. Please register for the walk (it's free!). If you choose to donate, the Alzheimer's Association would greatly appreciate it and use your donation for further research. Madonna received her [likely] early-onset dementia diagnosis on 10/22/2020 from her neurologist in Iowa City. Walking was one of her favorite things to do to pass the time, enjoy the fresh air and move her body. Madonna has 'gone for a walk' more times than can be counted. She used to walk in the hot, in the cold, in the cemetery and up any hill. Her daughter used to think she was crazy until it also became one of her favorite past times. Please consider registering and joining Madonna's team (Madonna's Mission) to support those living with Alzheimer's.

It is incredibly difficult to watch the ones you love become a different version of themselves. Alzheimer's is a cruel and awful disease that truly affects the entire family.
