Since 2011, I have led the effort to increase Alzheimer's awareness through purple bows. Handmade by a team of dedicated volunteers, we install mailbox bows in support of the Run to End Alzheimer's at the Landings, turning our neighborhood purple and lime green! In 2022, we introduced a larger 3-color bow, which has been wildly popular.
New for 2024: Our bow service will expand to include the communities of WR, Bonaire, Kathleen, Centerville and Byron. If you live outside these areas, you can pick up your bow on either April 5 (Early Packet Pickup) or April 6 (Race Day); please visit run2endalz.org for details. Select a donation level, provide an address, and we'll do the rest!
REGULAR Bow (purple/lime): $25 donation (Stathams Landing residents only); $35 for all other addresses in Warner Robins, plus Bonaire, Kathleen, and Centerville.
JUMBOW (purple/lime/white): $100 donation
