Join us in our fight to End Alzheimer's and attend our Concert by the Lake Fundraiser. Featuring Cover Artist Trent Mayo, Craft Vendors, Amazing Music and Handmade Charcuterie -Snack Box. 

Tickets are priced at $20 each! Tickets grant you access to the outdoor concert, craft vendors, and charcuterie snack box. Additional Drinks can be purchased on site. 

Tickets can be purchased with cash at the front desk at Cedarhurst or through the Alzheimer’s Team QR code designated ‘Concert by the Lake.’

Don’t Forget your lawn chairs and blankets!

Limited Parking is available at Cedarhurst. Parking will be at the Publix parking lot. Our Shuttle will begin at 2:30. With the last run being at 4pm. 

When purchasing tickets though the QR code, you MUST use your name. This is the only way we will be able to track your ticket purchase. Tickets must be presented at the door!
