Welcome to Affinis Hospice - Athen's Team Page for the Alzheimer’s Association Walk to End Alzheimer's! We are walking this year to support our patients and their families. Currently, more than 6 million Americans are living with Alzheimer's and over 11 million family and friends provide their unpaid care. 

This walk is the largest event to raise funds and awareness for the care, support and research efforts of the Alzheimer’s Association®. Please consider joining our team on the walk or making a donation towards our team.
