Oasis at the Keys Nursing & Rehab kicked off the Inaugural Walk to End Alzheimer's® in the Florida Keys in 2023. We met many locals whose lives were affected by Alzheimer's and there was tremendous community support in meeting the fundraising goal for a first time event.

The Alzheimer's Association Walk to End Alzheimer's® is the world’s largest event to raise awareness and funds for Alzheimer’s care, support and research. Oasis at the Keys Nursing & Rehab is walking to honor our health center residents and caregivers who have been affected by Alzheimer's and other dementias.

Please join us this December 14th, 2024, and support the Walk to End Alzheimer's® Community Walk in the Florida Keys. Please join our team and participate. If you are unable to join our team, please partner with us by donating to our team fundraising efforts.
