As many of you know, my family lost Dick Williams a year ago in December. Richard Williams was a Husband to my mother, Linda Williams. He was a Father and Dad to Richie Williams, TJ Lawrence and I, and a role model and coach to many of my friends in our youth.

This disease is one of the most horrific diseases that a person and a family can face. It affects not just the person with it, but everyone who is inside their circle in some way or form. Whether it is emotionally, financially, or physically, Alzheimer's MUST be defeated.

This year, my family and I will be participating in the Walk to End Alzheimer's on Sunday, November 10th, in Boca Raton. This year, I also get to walk as the newest Board Member of the Southeast Florida Alzheimer's Association and I would love to have you join my family and I in our mission to end this terrible disease that affects so many.
