I participated in the Walk To End Alzheimer’s in 2022 and 2023 . I advocated at the Rally In Tallahassee and at the AIM Forum in Washington DC earlier this year. I volunteer with the Sarasota-Manatee Walk To End Alzheimer’s and participated in the walk held in November. I advocate and volunteer with the Alzheimer’s Association because of a friend Marybeth Bustle who gave much to society and was a friend and mentor to my son when we first came to America. My son is now serving as a young Police Officer with the Bradenton Police Department. Dementia does not allow my friend to know the things my son achieved, I advocate in her honor and for all persons living with Alzheimer’s and all form of Dementia.
