I have a personal connection to Alzheimer's as my mother and four aunts had Alzheimer's disease.  Plus now I work everyday supporting caregivers and spreading the word about the importance of early detection and how we can all be part of helping to provide care, support and someday a cure. 

I am hoping you will join me in efforts to raise funds for Ocala Alzheimer's Association Walk to End Alzheimer's®, the world’s largest event to raise awareness and funds for Alzheimer’s care, support and research. 

I hope you will come to the World Equestrian Center on Oct. 4 to walk with us and participate in our opening ceremony at 9 am. I will be there, though I may be helping out with the event.  Please find me so we can take a team photo to post here for next year!   

And if walking is not for you, your support is still vitally important to reaching our goal of a world without Alzheimer's and other forms of dementia. Hope to have you join my community-based team.
