Last July the world lost and angel on earth, my sweet mom, Martha, to Alzheimer’s.  We watched our mom suffer and struggle every day for years. She could not even read a book - something she always enjoyed. Imagine being locked up in a world where most of the time you don’t recognize anything or anyone. You know something is wrong but you can’t cure it or understand.
