Alzheimer’s isn’t stopping and neither are we. By participating in the Alzheimer’s Association Walk to End Alzheimer’s, I’m raising funds and awareness to advance the fight against this disease — funds that allow the Alzheimer’s Association to provide 24/7 care and support while accelerating critical research.
I am a husband, father, grandfather, brother, and for over 36 years, a custom homebuilder. In February of 2020, I was diagnosed with Early Onset Alzheimer's disease. This diagnosis has changed everything in our family except our love for each other. Now, we are focused on creating as many memories as we can, while we can. Like our family, all families facing Alzheimer's need us to be bold and provide as much support as possible. It is the only way a cure will ever be found.
