Palm Bay Memory Care is a free standing Assisted Living Community dedicated to serving those impacted by Alzheimer's and Dementia.  Our family is lead by Grace Management Inc. and we take great pride in being a safe, caring place for our residents to call home.  Here in 2024 we are making great strides to improve and implement new programs inside our community to ensure complete resident and family satisfaction.  Caring for our residents is calling not a job!  Please join us in supporting this great cause. 

Walk is the largest event to raise funds and awareness for the care, support and research efforts of the Alzheimer’s Association®. You can make an impact with a donation or even joining our team.
