As my friends know, I lost my mother on July 11th to Alzheimer's disease. She was 92 years old, and lived a good life. During her last few weeks, her battle with Alzheimer's was very real. Barbi and I have participated in the Walk to End ALZ in previous years. This year, the walk is especially important to us. We will walk in honor of my mother, Dolores Miller.
