Alzheimer’s is a condition that affects the brain with progressive decline in memory, thinking and behavior. It is the most common cause of dementia and has an estimated cost of $1 trillion. One in 10 people older than 65 and 10 percent between the ages of 30 to 60 years may be affected by this disease. No two people experience it the same way. Families and caregivers of loved ones with Alzheimer’s can experience tremendous stress; physically, emotionally, financially and socially. Alzheimer’s isn’t stopping and neither are we. By participating in the Alzheimer’s Association Walk to End Alzheimer’s, I am honoring the loving memory of my husband David A. Cleveland Sr., the Cleveland family, and others who have suffered from this disease. Through all the trials and challenges, my husband was “an organ of praise”. (Psalm 150:5-6). Please walk with me on October 28, 2023, as an “Organ 4 Praise” and/or support my fundraising efforts by giving a donation. These funds will raise awareness and advance research to fight against this horrible disease. The Word of God declares, “Faith without works is dead” (James 2:17). Families facing Alzheimer’s need us now more than ever—and with your help, we can be there for them.
Thank you! Your support is greatly appreciated!
Peace and Blessings
