TEAM NCNW Prince George's County Section participates in our county walk with a focus on providing education and obtaining support for Alzheimer’s disease throughout our county. We walk to promote awareness for all individuals who are caregivers and/or suffer with Alzheimer’s Disease. The Prince George’s County Walk to End Alzheimer’s helps provide funding for programs and research to find a cure within our own community.
