Home Care Hero's are member's of the Day Kimball Health Care at Home team. We are Nurses, Therapists, Social Workers, Office Support Staff, Home Health Aide's and Homemaker/ PCAs. We provide care to the residents of North Eastern Connecticut, in their homes, and Alzheimer's disease is one of the diseases that we see often. We understand the challenges faced by the person and their caregivers and we work as a team to help make a difference in their lives. In our local areas resources are limited as compared with the larger urban areas. We reach out to the Alzheimer's Association for their assistance to support these people and families. It is the families who often inspire us with their love and support of their loved one. 

We know this disease never stops and the families never stop caring, so we walk in support of them and hope to one day put an end to this devastating disease.
