We are walking to honor Toni O’Connell RN . Wife , mom , sister , friend , advocate. Toni was diagnosed with early onset Alzheimer’s disease in 2016 .Toni's battle with Alzheimer's disease ended in October of 2023. 

When Toni was diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease , she did exactly what you would expect a nurse to do, she became an advocate. Toni spoke at many events across the state. She was also a guest speaker at a fundraiser dinner in New York City at The Women's Alzheimer's Movement, founded by Maria Shriver.  

Toni lived by the philosophy of " Live without Fear". The first Walk to End Alzheimer's Toni did , the team name was " Team Fearless" , a name we have decided to keep for this year's walk to honor Toni. Please help us continue her legacy of advocacy & support our team. No donation is too small.
