Welcome to Hebrew Senior Care's team page for the Alzheimer's Association Walk to End Alzheimer's!  Hebrew Senior Care serves clients coping with dementia in our Adult Day Center, our behavioral health hospital - Connecticut Behavioral Health Hospital - and Hoffman SummerWood; our assisted and independent living community.  

We understand the impact that this disease has on families and are honored to care for those suffering from cognitive impairment while supporting their families.  Currently, more than 6 million Americans are living with Alzheimer's and over 11 million family and friends provide their unpaid care.
