I am fortunate to work for the Alzheimer's Association and see the amazing work the CT Chapter provides on a daily basis.

Our team is raising money to support the Alzheimer's Association in memory of our Joan Hoffman (our children's Grandma Joan) and in support of George Choate (Laura's grandfather) who is living with Alzheimer's.  

We have watched our familiy members vibrant personalities slowly fade away, struggle with everyday tasks, and gradually losing memories of cherished moments we shared together. We are determined to make a difference and take action to support those living with Alzheimer's and dementia and their families.
