Alzheimer's disease is a part of my life….my family’s lives. My mother bravely battled Alzheimer's for nearly 10 years. This disease took my mother’s intelligence, wit, speech, mobility, and dignity. This disease has taken much from my Father too…her loving and dedicated caregiver. Sadly, the disease finally took my Mom from us 1/27/23. Alzheimer's disease is greedy, and affecting more and more people every day. Witnessing what I have for the past 10 years, I am hopeful that promising research today can stop this disease from taking the lives of future generations.
The Alzheimer's Association is dedicated to funding support for those suffering….resources for families…and research to put an end to Alzheimer's. We have seen first hand, the wonderful things that the Alzheimer's association can do. Carolyn's crusaders are committed to the cause, and will continue to fight in Mom's honor. Our team will walk with the Alzheimer's association this September 29th at Lighthouse park. Please help support the team we lovingly call "Carolyn's Crusaders" in our fight to end Alzheimer's. Any donation is greatly appreciated!
