Graceful Memories is walking in memory and in honor of our seniors and their families who have been affected by this dreadful disease and other dementias.

We are walking in memory of Mary, Ruth, Bob, Sandy, Evelyn, Pat, Bill, Lorraine, Gladys, Tenney, and Celeste.  We are walking in honor of Tom, Olga, Helen, and Herbert.

We see it firsthand, and its impact is profound, touching not only those diagnosed but also their loved ones who witness the gradual loss of memories and abilities. Each step we take in this walk is a step towards a brighter future—one where Alzheimer's is no longer a threat.
