I became involved with the Alzheimer's Association in 2002 in honor of my father who had Alzheimer's.

I have seen first hand the significant impact of this dreaded disease which now impacts almost 20 million people here in the U.S.: 6 million with the disease and the rest, family caregivers.

Alzheimer's is the 6th leading cause of death in the U.S. and the 3rd leading cause in Orange County, CA.

Raising funds to support research and to allow for the provision of free care and support to those with Alzheimer's and related dementias is important. Our Walks2EndAlz are one of the best ways to help us achieve our mission..
