NCLIRVINE VOLUNTEER SERVICE may include, but not limited to: Being assigned to specific areas throughout the Festival and Walk Route (eg Thank You Brigade, Booth/Route/Promise Garden Attendant); setting up Walk Route & Festival Area (eg putting on table linens, setting up Sponsor Booths, Water Station, Top Team Area); assisting Walkers at the Registration & Event Check-In Area completing paper forms, donations, registering on the app, & guiding guests to Promise Garden to start their Walk Day experience; assisting with break-down and packing up of all materials left after Walk.

ALL VOLUNTEERS MUST CHECK IN AT THE VOLUNTEER TENT upon arrival. NCLIRVINE Arrival time = 7:55am prior to event. Registered volunteers arriving later must still check in at the Volunteer Tent to receive credit for service work. Please bring your positive energy and log your time.
