In 2023 Team Unity was again awarded the leading faith-based Solano County Walk fundraising team. We continued the journey at beautiful Suisun Harbor Plaza as we honor all families touched by Alzheimer's and other dementia.  Thank you for your continued support in promoting awareness.  We are getting closer to realizing the vision of a world without Alzheimer's!
